Christopher’s professional Leadership journey first took shape upon being commissioned as an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army after having served 3 years as an enlisted infantry paratrooper in the well-known 82nd Airborne Division. Having graduated top of his class in his ROTC program, Christopher was awarded the coveted George C. Marshall award for top graduates amongst their peers.
Christopher’s officer career spanned 5 years in the 82nd Airborne Division, whereby Christopher earned numerous accolades to include the Combat Infantryman’s Badge, the coveted Ranger Tab, the Bronze Star and numerous other medals and awards.
Christopher’s leadership was defined by some of the Best Scholastic environments the U.S. Army had to offer but was tested in Combat Operations during Operation Iraqi Freedom where Christopher personally lead close to 400 combat operations with zero loss of life. Christopher’s combat leadership experiences included combat operations ranging from small 6 man teams to operations that included well over 750 personnel.
Over the course of 8 years, Christopher went from an enlisted Private First Class to a Commissioned Officer-Captain.
In 2005, Christopher chose to move on from his military career to focus on starting a family and embarking in the world of entrepreneurship.
Upon separating from the military, Christopher Hart started in the real estate industry in 2005. Christopher’s experience in real estate encompasses the likes of being a solo agent that had been awarded the rookie of the year in his office in his first year, to growing a real estate team of his own and learning the ropes of leadership & leverage, to owning his own independent real estate firm and creating success thru leading others.
In 2011 Christopher stepped out of his business to experience growth in leadership and joined Keller Williams Realty and became the CEO of two separate real estate offices. Christopher’s career also includes having been a Productivity Coach and a CEO of a High Performing Real Estate Team.
As much success as Christopher has had professionally, it wasn’t all “peaches and cream.” Christopher post-military career came with much personal trials and tribulations as he experienced a deep state of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (a.k.a. PTSD). After experiencing about 3.5 years of the effects of PTSD, Christopher went on a journey of self-improvement. After about 18 months of a deep concentration in the study of the Psychology of Human Performance, Christopher turned his life around for the better and embarked on a journey of being the best version of himself.
As much professional success as Christopher has experienced in his career, his most proud accomplishment in Life has come through the way of overcoming the depths of a dark world known as PTSD.
Christopher’s career took a turn in 2013 whereby he embarked on the journey of being a Performance & Leadership Coach-Consultant-Trainer where he works with and leads others in the Field of Peak Performance, Leadership, and Organizational Development.
Christopher’s passion is now working to help others be the BEST version of themselves and helping them Lead others to the same!
